Mission

In its role as a servant, the FBIC Deacon Board will assist the Pastor, as required, in matters related to, but not limited to, evangelism, Christian education and congregational care, membership, the ordinances, missions, orientation, and other matters as assigned or requested by the Pastor. The Deacons minister to others and in so doing provide general oversight to all concerns of the church.

Vision

The Deacon Board will be recognized by the congregation as “servants to others” and a force within the church for fostering and fueling the ever-increasing growth of the membership (current and potential).
